N. Chelmsford, Massachusetts (located approx. 40 minutes northwest of Boston)



Digital Assistant (3rd Shift, 11PM – 7:15AM)

Team member of a fast-paced work environment, primarily assisting in the finishing stage of the printing/binding process, with cross training in other areas as permitted. Primary job duties include: Review print and bind schedules and prepare jobs to be run; review job ticket for specific information to run job; assist in the set up and operation of digital equipment based on job specifications; stack book blocks off folder equipment to be fed into binder; load book blocks into binder line; stack bound books and prepare for shipment; operate automated carton/strapping equipment; shrink-wrap cartons in preparation for shipment; maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area on a daily basis. Specific skills and qualifications include: Previous binding experience a must! Must be able to read, write and follow work instruction in English and effectively communicate with team; strong PC skills are required; mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to use a ruler.

Westford, Massachusetts (located approx. 40 minutes northwest of Boston)



Baler/Skidder (1st Shift, 8 AM – 4 PM and 2nd Shift, 4 PM – 12 AM)

Feed bundles to gathering equipment, skidding packages of printed material or individual books at end of binder lines and other Bindery duties as required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have the desire to work in a fast paced environment and to move up in the organization. High school diploma or GED required.

Handwork Lead (2nd Shift, 4 PM- 12 AM)

Leads and monitors employees’ production in handwork operations including the manual repair, drilling, shrink wrapping, hand jacketing and disking of books. Inspect and approve work completed in the handwork area. Assist department supervisor to determine daily handwork production schedule and crewing needs. Must have the desire to work in a fast paced environment, to move up in the organization and have strong interpersonal skills. Individual must be a quality minded team player. High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience directing the work of other employees in a manufacturing setting is helpful.

General Bindery Operator (1st Shift, 8 AM – 4 PM)

Operator position involves set up, operating and maintaining binders and related equipment. This position is a lead role position and must be able to direct the activities of a crew and understand the importance of meeting production and quality standards. Mechanical abilities, intermediate math skills, including the ability to read a ruler, and basic computer skills are required. Prior bindery experience is helpful. Position requires a High School diploma or GED. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions is necessary along with the ability to read and use a ruler. Applicant must also be willing to cross train, work overtime when necessary and work in various job positions based on workload.

General Worker (1st Shift, 8 AM - 4 PM)

The General Worker will be part of a fast-paced production team responsible for assisting in the operation of binding. Duties include: Assist machine operator with setup, fill pockets with signatures while doing quality checks; perform assorted handwork tasks in the production of books which may include applying disk holders, inserting ribbons and performing kitting; inspect finished books while packing into cartons for delivery to customers; assist with preventative maintenance and general cleanliness of the bindery. Must be able to read, write and follow work instruction in English and effectively communicate with team. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Required to stand for entire shift and lift stacks of books which may weigh up to 20 pounds and on occasion may need to lift full boxes of books weighing up to 50 pounds. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are required to ensure good quality product is produced timely to meet customer expectations. Must be willing to work overtime as dictated by workload.

Kendallville, Indiana (located approx. 25 minutes northeast of Fort Wayne)

Courier Kendallville, a major book manufacturer in the Midwest with state-of-the-art direct-to-plate prepress and 4-color Man Roland presses has the following positions available:



Bindery Operators (12 hour night shift, 3day/4 day schedule)

3-5 years experience operating stitchers, binders, trimmers, gatherers, or sewers in a book-manufacturing environment. High quality, short run operation. Preference given to candidates with a strong team leading background and ISO experience. Relocation assistance available. Competitive hourly rate plus benefits.

Web Press Operators and Assistant Operators (12 hour night shift, 3day/4 day schedule)

3-5 years experience operating Hantcho or Man Roland printing presses, preferably in the book manufacturing operation. High quality, short run operation. Preference given to candidates with a strong team leading background and ISO experience. Relocation assistance available. Competitive hourly rate plus benefits.

Customer Service Representatives

3-5 years experience in a book manufacturing, 4 color printing operation required. High quality, short run operation. Must be computer savvy. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities. Salary commensurate with experience.

CDL Drivers

CDL-A required. No over the road responsibilities, moves raw materials to and from two operations, one mile apart. Prepares loads using forklift, loads truck, moves materials. 12 hour shifts, two night positions and two day shift positions available due to expansion. 3 day/4 day schedule.

Terre Haute, Indiana (located one hour west of Indianapolis, IN)



Press Feeder Operator

Seeking candidate for feeder operator position on offset printing press. Duties include, but not limited to, loading paper into feeder end of press, applying ink to press units, assisting press operator with weekly maintenance and other duties as needed. This postion requires occasional heavy lifting.
